What are your soaps made of?

All my soaps are soy and palm free. I use only plant based oils, dyes and essential oils in my soaps. You can be sure that all my soaps a free of synthetic detergents, dyes, and fragrances.

Refunds & Returns

I need to return my soap, what do I do?

While I hope that you are happy with every purchase you make from my shop, sometimes you might buy a soap you don’t really jive with. Due to the personal nature of soap, I can’t accept returns. But I can issue a refund for the price of bar of soap you’d like to return.

In the case of returns or exchanges on non soap items, please contact me via the contact page.

Shipping Policy

  • Nettlesome Pantry is currently an online store only. I do not have a brick and mortar store front. If you are local and wish to pick up your order versus having me ship it to you, please choose in person pick up and we can arrange a time.

  • Your purchase will be shipped using USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your item is ready to ship.

  • I currently only ship to the US. At this time I cannot ship to Kansas.
