What are your soaps made of?

All my soaps are soy and palm free. I use only plant based oils, dyes and essential oils in my soaps. You can be sure that all my soaps a free of synthetic detergents, dyes, and fragrances.

Refunds & Returns

I need to return my soap, what do I do?

While I hope that you are happy with every purchase you make from my shop, sometimes you might buy a soap you don’t really jive with. Because my soaps come with only a paper wrapper, I can’t accept returns. But I can issue a refund for the price of the bar of soap you’d like to return. Please contact me via the contact page for a refund.

In the case of returns or exchanges on non-soap items, please contact me via the contact page.

Shipping Policy

• Nettlesome Pantry is currently an online store only. I do not have a brick and mortar store front.

• If you are local (in the Ogden area) and wish to pick up your order versus having me ship it to you, please choose “in person pick up” during the checkout process. Once your order is ready to be picked up, usually within one business day, I will contact you and we can arrange a time to pick it up.

• Your purchase will be shipped using USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your item is ready to ship. Orders are usually shipped between 1-2 business days.

• I currently can only ship within the United States.

• If you would like to ship your purchase as a gift to someone else, enter their address as the “Shipping Address”. You will then be prompted later to add your address as the billing address.
