Fall Soaps are Coming!
As a gardener I am outside a lot, and that allows me to pay close attention to the movement of the sun and how the light changes as the earth shifts it’s position over the season. The light has officially changed and is less intense and more gentile warmer tone to it. That means that fall is coming so soon and I am ready for it! This weekend I just cut all the fall soaps. This collection of soaps smells divine. From spicy and warm to sweet and aromatic you are going to wish these were edible!
Soap cutting day is so much fun! Here’s a quick time lapse of what my handmade soap looks like before and after it’s cut. They are made in big loaves. Each bar is cut by hand. This is of course more time consuming but I like the look hand cutting leaves behind. It has an earthy vibe to it that I don’t get when I see “all natural soaps” in big box stores.
